It was an honor to host the 2018 IFS World Conference for users and customers in Atlanta May 1-3. IFS develops and delivers enterprise software for customers around the world who manufacture and distribute goods, maintain assets, and manage service-focused operations.
I had the pleasure of talking with new CEO Darren Roos on day 1 of the conference on the mainstage, as he laid out his vision for the company and the theme "Connect to What's Next".
It was a thrill throughout the three days to provide the Welcome address, explore together how to "Connect to What's Next", interview new CEO on stage and in breakout panel discussions, introduce keynote and internal speakers, provide bridges and housekeeping notes, moderate breakout sessions, and meet extraordinary people - customers, events team and employees. The conference agenda included Introduction of Apps 10, Focus on User Interface, Internet of Things, AI & Robotics, Field Service Management and Mobile. #ifswoco18
